continued

well, last week was not a good exercise week. The weekend before I had some bad arthiritis pain. I have dealt with RA long enough to respect the warning signs of a flair up. I decided to skip last week. It turns out is was a good idea. I came down with a sinus infection and felt pretty crappy. So, look out gym. I am starting back tomorrow. Getting healthy sure is not as much fun as being a couch potato.

Well, it has been more than a week. I have had 3 sessions with my trainer. I have done the workout twice alone. I feel myself getting stronger but no weight loss yet. Gotta work on the diet next.

Well yesterday was my second day with the trainer. i did 30 minutes of cardio and 30minutes weight training. My butt was really dragging when i got home. i ate some protein and claimed my recliner. i am pleased to say that the RA is not too bad at the moment. i  am not sure when my weigh in will be. As i begin to see results, i will post my beginning stats and pictures. Thank you Jesus for  the strenght for this!

First workout with my trainer. man am i tired! 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of weight training is hard on an out of shape middle aged girl! I am going to be in pain tomorrow. I am really glad to be started on my way.

I met with the personal trainer yesterday. I need to lose around 25 Pounds. I am going to meet with him twice a week. I did 30 minutes of cardio today. I hope I begin to like exercise. Not a fan right now-

june 22 2011 the beginning

Today is the beginning of a hard journey. I am going to begin a healthier lifestyle. That sounds easy but there is exercise involved. I really do not like exercise! I have finally reached the point that I must.
I meet with a personal trainer today. Yikes! That means exercise and accountability.
God has blessed me greatly! I have a great husband and kids. I also have an amazing grandbaby. She is my inspiration to get healthier. I want to feel good and be active with her.
I am anxious about the personal training meeting but am trusting God that he wants the best for me but I have to cooperate!
