Well yesterday was my second day with the trainer. i did 30 minutes of cardio and 30minutes weight training. My butt was really dragging when i got home. i ate some protein and claimed my recliner. i am pleased to say that the RA is not too bad at the moment. i am not sure when my weigh in will be. As i begin to see results, i will post my beginning stats and pictures. Thank you Jesus for the strenght for this!
